More aerial objects have been shot down Over North America China continues to Exert its will in the South China Sea Russia is suffering heavy casualties in Ukraine even as Ukrainian ammo dwindles The economy remains Rocky and there are Literal dark and toxic clouds over Ohio Also stick around for our next giveaway There's a lot to unpack in the news this Week but here's what you should be Tracking Balloons An additional three objects at the time Of recording this video have been downed Over North America since the Chinese spy Balloon was shot down off the coast of South Carolina now not to be outdone or Left out China has claimed to have shot Down an unidentified flying object of Waters near kingdong in effort to Deflect its own guilt China also now Accuses the US of having flown balloons Over its territories at least 10 times Since 2022. a balloon can only rise Until the atmosphere surrounding it has The same weight as a helium in the Balloon so as the atmosphere gets Thinner and lighter it eventually Equalizes with the helium gas and the Balloon stops ascending this occurs at Around 20 miles altitude or 32 Kilometers or over a hundred thousand Feet that presents some severe problems For defense systems first any object
That high in the sky even objects a size Of three buses across are challenging to Detect recent objects shot down may not Be new since the first high-profile Balloon nor rad and norcom are obviously Fine-tuning their instrumentation and Eyes a look for these objects Specifically and these balloons aren't Like typical weather Balloons with Flight times of mere hours they have a Complex ballast system that allows them To regulate pressure and altitude to Stay aloft for days it is highly Probable that some piece of equipment on The Chinese spy balloon may be Malfunction bringing it to a detectable And targetable range of 60 000 feet when The mission of these balloons is Complete they can detach from their Payload for it to parachute back to the Ground for retrieval second an F-22 or F-16 the Jets that have been used to Intercept the last four unidentified Objects they have a Max altitude ceiling Of about 10 miles a Sidewinder missile Does have a maximum operational range of 22 models but not when it's completely Vertical in its flight these balloons Must be shredded or blown up to be Brought down at that height simply Poking a hole in them even a big hole Will not result in the pop of a party Balloon often that will only result in a Slow leak leading to a gradual decline
