Hey YouTube this is City prepping Several key issues are intensifying this Week which could spell trouble for the Economy and even represent a build up to A World War in this video we're going to Give you the quickest overview of these Things to keep an eye on and let you Know how you can best prepare if they Worsen in the months ahead also I'm Going to announce the winner of last Week's giveaway and tell you how you can Enter in this week's giveaway where We'll give away a Leatherman Pocket-sized Multi-Tool so let's jump in U.S politics while we're cautious with This channel not to introduce politics For various reasons the events that we Saw last week in Congress May indicate That we're in for some challenging times As a nation it's no secret that we're Heading for a big fight over the U.S Government budget and of course the big Question is well how will this impact me Personally we're going to try to answer That and give you an indication of how To prepare we got a taste last week of Conflict in Congress the likes of which We literally haven't seen since the Civil War the full extent of the Concessions promised by Kevin Hardy in Order to ascend to the speakership on The 15th round of voting may never Indeed be known still each concession Likely weakened his already razor-thin
Majority and for each published Concession that we know about there's Likely a handshake deal as well that we Probably don't know about some of those Concessions will probably help the Functioning of the government and clean Up legislation and legislative processes Providing 72 hours to review bills Capping discretionary funding and Providing members more opportunities to Amend bills might result in some better Governance some concessions might Complicate things further and result in Gridlock and infighting any member may Now call for a motion to vacate the Speaker's chair that alone could make a Very thin majority difficult these are Clearly lofty things to consider in time Political pundits and history they're Going to determine what went right and What went wrong with this 118th Congress Most of these concessions we won't even Notice in our day-to-day honestly but The most impactful event specifically to You where we will either see great Leadership and governance or plunge the Country into a deep recession will be The raising of the debt limit this Summer the debt ceiling will likely need To be raised or suspended after a 2.5 Trillion debt limit increase enacted in December of 2021 is exhausted recent Estimates have projected this will Happen the third quarter of 2023 and
Likely it will go to the exact last day Of September 30th and it has before a Government shutdown would put many out Of work but government contracts on hold And Aid to other nations would all be Stopped to greater or lesser degrees Lifting the debt limit does not Authorize any new spending it just Allows the United States to finance Existing obligations if that cap is not Raised the government would be unable to Pay all of its bills which includes Salaries for military Members Federal Employees Social Security recipients and More Dealing with the debt issue is Undoubtedly essential and our takeaway Is that we are likely to see things heat Up considerably this summer just turning Up that heat and rhetoric May threaten a Fragile economic recovery and it could Potentially introduce chaos in financial Markets we're also seeing this in the Form of disruption so the supply and Demand equation of the supply chain Input costs are soaring and consumer Demand is skyrocketing if the debt Ceiling debate gets too hot or it boils Over into a shutdown inflation could Potentially leap up another 10 to 20 Percent which will squeeze pocketbooks Of the average American Consumer even Further We will know how well or how poorly this

Finances in line especially if things go The opposite direction Russia Ukraine on Thursday Vladimir Putin announces Ceasefire which he said his troops would Observe across the front line but Russian shells they continue to rain Down on botmuth in other cities Throughout the entire period the rumors Are that Putin will order the Mobilization of another half million Conscripts this month in addition to the 300K that eori called up in October we Know it's certainty that Russia has sent Thousands of troops to Belarus and we Know that the thousands from the 101st Airborne divisions have been embedded Alongside the Romanian land forces in Romania on the eastern border of Ukraine Now as the freezing temperatures Continue the ground will harden the Impassable Autumn mud making armored Vehicle and tank advances more probable Rush has sent a train of its latest is The most advanced t90m tanks of the war In Ukraine and the US is sending Bradley Fighting Vehicles dubbed tank Killers to Ukraine the Bradley carries tube launch Optically tracked wire guided or tow Missiles capable of disabling larger Targets Germany is sending its martyr Fighting vehicles and Patriot air Defense systems to Ukraine Francis Sending in its AMX 10 armored fighting Vehicles to Ukraine the UK is right now
Considered sending Challenger 2 battle Tanks to Ukraine all of these moves Coupled with the already massive Russian Buildup in the east and north of Ukraine In the stocking up of arminance in NATO Countries this conflict is dangerously Closer to an enormous escalation Russia Is using its Wagner group to Source Supplies and ominous from countries like North Korea Russia denies this claim and Also that North Korea has supplied Russia with a significant number of Artillery shells as the U.S implied back In November the United States estimates That Wagner has 50 000 personnel in Ukraine including 10 000 contractors and Forty thousand convicts recruited from Russian prisons now Putin has repeatedly Claimed the group does not represent Russia but that these private military Contractors have the right to work Anywhere in the world as long as they do Not break Russian law still you Guinea Pigozen Putin's closest Ally and Russian Oligarch directly funds a group to the Tune of around 100 million per month we Really have to wait and see what if any North Korean made material show up in Ukraine for now if this was a powder keg Before it is growing exponentially per Day the escalation of armaments may Bring this crisis to a Breaking Point Leading to complete chaos in a larger Global war at the very least it signals
Another year of lost grain production And physical challenges for Ukraine Russia and the rest of the world we're Going to continue to monitor this as the Ground hardens and this new equipment is Deployed in the conflict storms storms Have slammed the Pacific Northwest in Northern California the world is being Introduced to what are new terms for Many like Pineapple Express atmospheric River and bomb Cyclone how they Define What's happening and what they call it No doubt really doesn't matter as much As results do on the one hand the rain Is essential to chip away at the Multi-decade mega drought the western United States is suffering through it Will likely only make it dent in that we Only know for certain once Reservoir and Snowpack levels are measured in the Atmospheric River stops it is generally Assumed that we need a couple of years Of rain like this to erase the drought Altogether think of this as going to The Filling Station while running on empty But only pumping about a quarter tank of Gas into your car it's enough to keep You going but more is really needed to Get you back to where you were and where You want to be what is certain is that These radical swings between deep Troughs of drought to massive delusions And flooding are becoming more frequent More water in the atmosphere
Supercharging storms and weakening jet Streams and concentrating storms onto Areas for much longer periods of time This is going to result in Greater heat Weights more significant droughts Greater flooding and bigger storms Currently 90 of Californians are under Flood watch as another storm threatens Mudslides and power outages California Is under a federal state of emergency at The moment and evacuations have already Been ordered for many now too often many Are lulled into believing that the flip Of a switch or raising a tap handle is Going to result in ceaseless flow of Resources into our homes and as we see From this event and others over the last Several years that's not always the case Your power will go out and your water May stop flowing or be deemed Undrinkable at some point your grocery Stores will one day be depleted and many Will be left wondering where they're Going to get their next Mill from now I'm only pointing this out so that I Hope that those that watch can awaken to The fact that prepping really changes Your outcome when these events occur and They will occur make this the year that You get your preps in order to Confidently face the challenges in the Storms of the future even if those Storms feel too far away from your Current vantage point and we can see the
