Foreign All right that time again definitely a Soul overnighter in the woods and this Time I'm going back to my roots so let's Get to it All right about two years ago we did a Bunker that was embedded into the side Of a cliff it was cool but I wasn't Happy with it because it was a partial Bunker and I used a hillside to do that In a previous build so what I want to do Right now is start a new series that we Can come back to every so many weeks and Improve it and turn it into something Else but I want to build an actual Bunker right here in the ground and then Go upwards using sandbags actual wood Make a hardened roof and do it right so Let's get to it Okay so we're going six and a half feet Length by five foot wide approximately So now the trick is to remove the Earth Looking like a damn archaeological Expedition over here so the intent is Not to go down too far but far enough to Where the Earth that I remove can double As fill for a sandbag so the more I go Down the more I'm going to have and the Less sandbags I have to go high Foreign About two feet down right now and Looking at the dirt I think that's gonna Be enough for the sandbags Which you never can tell

Okay let's talk about leadership There's A hundred different ways that you can Spin this okay But let's talk about one characteristic That's unique to itself Leadership by example not by exception Okay what does that mean well let's pick A scenario your home life your work life Relationships Um Acquaintances To me You can be a leader and be dirt poor it Can also be a leader and be a Billionaire The important thing is leadership by Example meaning I'm not going to do Something or tell you to do something or Expect you to do something that I Haven't already done Not so much to be willing to do but Haven't already done that's what the Experience comes from an example is a Career Say your family tells you well you Should be doing this and they live in a Trailer park And you're just trying to get to a Middle class neighborhood to provide Better for your family you want that Better job Should you take advice with somebody Like that who works at say McDonald's
And or has a drug problem Probably not you want to seek out Somebody who has what you want Or better you know what I'm saying In doing that you have life experiences You build the experience And then you can be that leader who says I Came From The Trenches I accomplished This I Advanced myself because I did This right so leadership by example not By exception Ask or require people to do Only what you have done something to Think about but that take care of Yourself And each other
