Foreign [Music] Hey guys we're at division three weapons In Orange City Florida with Rocco and Rocco I'm a huge Glock 19 fan we got one Right here I got one on my hip Doesn't look like this you've done a lot To this gun I really just wanted to give Us an idea first before we go through This Glock what do you guys do here Um we do Pretty much everything except for blue Um whenever people ask me they said There's only two things I don't do I Don't do any brewing and I don't solder Uh double barrels back together so we do A lot of machine work including um uh Barrel threading we do Um slide cuts on pistols like we did on This one Um we do just uh basically a lot of Customization we we make muzzle breaks We attach muzzle brakes we do um a lot Of cerakote and then you know just your General hey my gun doesn't work issues You know yeah we fix we fix problems Yeah so we're talking about we're Talking about custom stuff we're not Talking about run-of-the-mill go to your Local gunsmith and fix things you Actually are manufacturing things and Doing yeah uh very distinctive Modifications uh yeah we do also Manufacture right I don't know how that
Slipped my mind but we do manufacture Galil's AR-15s we do a lot of AK work That nobody else will do people just are Afraid to touch them Um and uh we do laser engraving things Like that we're definitely going to talk Some more about some of that stuff but I Want to talk about this and by the way We're going to be safe we are empty I Always check twice uh action open no Magazine empty chamber check twice Visually and physically you can really Never be safe enough but this is such an Unusual looking slide to begin with uh What does this 19 was this a factory gun Starting out yeah tell me about this Yeah this was a factory gun that Chris Brought to me and he said um you know I Just kind of want you to go crazy on it And do some fun stuff to it so uh what We did first off is he had this holster Here and he wanted something that would Kind of match by the way this is Versacarry yes there's been uh really Popular with the survival dispatch staff We want to mention that thanks diverse Gary yeah uh super neat holster you know They got some nice suede on it so we Were trying to duplicate not so much the Color but sort of like almost the Texture of look of suede so we did a um A distressed or battle worn it's Generally the the word that people use That's the first thought that came to
Mind when I saw it yeah beautiful battle Worn finish yeah it's a battle one Finish um you basically spray successive Layers of different colors and then Um flash them which means you put them In the oven for a little bit of time so It's not wet anymore but it's not set up And then you take a Scotch Brite pad and You work it with a Scotch Brite pad or a Wheel or there's a bunch of different Ways you can do it just to kind of Create that that gives us a little torn Look like then they're done there look It's very very warm looking Um then we did the same thing on the Slide with a little bit of different Browns and black We did all of these slide cuts Um basically put I like to call them Gills I don't know what anybody else They look like girls yeah basic gills up Here uh did these triangles here we also Uh like I said we do a lot of Milling For Optics it's kind of exploded in the Last two or three months it seems like I I get you know four or five of those in A week Um so we milled this for an optic and we Just generally do us we can do whatever Optic you want but most people are using Hollow Suns which are just a standard Basically con RMR footprint so just I Want to I want to start right there and Just tell our viewers some of which may
Not be familiar with these optic cuts And Milling so some guns are ready for Optics Optics ready some are not the Ones that are not require you to Actually cut it or Mill it out yeah we Mill basically we Mill a footprint for It so when you put it on the optic is Actually basically retained by the cut Uh then we we drill and tap it so Specifically for that uh for that no Extra plate no X extra plate and Honestly I think it's a better system I Agree um the the issues that you see With these guns that are optic ready They use different plates and a lot of Times they don't hold the optic as well And they allow it to move and if I had a Nickel for every time I had to extract a Broken screw out of a out of the slide What happened because I was a victim of That myself yeah this these screws don't Break because the optic doesn't move Gotcha because it's retained I mean These These are Macs are machinist he Cuts these so they're almost like a Light press fit they're they fit within A thousands you can push that in wow you Could probably get three shots without Screws before it flew off right right no Kidding yeah and then we use um we use An actual metric screw a um uh M4 screw Because it just seems to have better Retention and work better than like a 632 or a 440 or anything like that
Um then in this particular gun because Chris wasn't ready to put an optic on it Yet we also 3D printed a little uh plate To you know take up that spot so he's Not walking around with just you know Big yeah so you got the cover plate and Also something that helps to keep it From snagging or if you let that open There'd be some edges yes of course yeah And there's going to be some sharp edges Stuff here we also machine posts that go Up into the optic in the front right as As just another thing to provide Rigidity yeah all right um and then this Gun Um we are I ordered a alpha wolf Barrel Or Lone Wolf Barrel um threaded uh Glock 19 barrel for it yeah and we put in a Three and a half pound ghost Disconnectors awesome and it's just it's Just a thing of beauty Um my glock looks nothing like this no I Mean I can do it for you if you like we Might have to talk a little bit I always Leave it here my Glock 19 is one of my Favorite by the way at the last time I Checked Glock 19s I think were currently The top selling handgun in the country Or at least in the in the top five oh I'm sure would you agree with oh yeah of Course yeah uh because they they can Carry a full-size magazine uh standard Glock mags are 15 rounds but of course You can get the higher capacity
Magazines or the base pads you can even Throw the 33 rounders I shoot PCC nine Mil Glock compatible stuff so I got a Big I got 50 round sticks right which is The cool thing so Glock 19 is a great Gun for me I love Glock 19s for a lot of Different reasons this is obviously Highly highly customized and beautifully Done by Rocco at division three and I Think the next thing we need to do is at Least run a couple rounds to it yeah Absolutely I think the the other thing You have to think about with the Glock 19 is just the ubiquity of the weapon Yeah and that they're everywhere so if You're in a survival situation and you Need magazines you're more likely to Write a really good 19 mag than damn Near anything else yeah so it's small Enough to be concealable I mean I've Actually I've got mine on my my hip as Well Um well we have to find out what kind of Optic Chris is going to put on what you Meal it for uh it's milled for an RMR Footprint which we'll work on either the Trijicon armors or the hollow sun 507s Or uh 407s which is what most people are Using these days a lot of them yeah good Optics for sure that's one of the most Popular popular optic cuts out there Right now they are absolutely because of That and I've run I've I've run Trijicon Sites I've run hola Sun recently did a
Um review on a right on which was an RMR Footprint which is pretty nice actually On one of Chris's guns okay and so forth So I'm dying to shoot this I know you Got a bullet trap let's put a couple Rounds to it sounds good all right [Music]
